The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Services Necessary To Carry Out: 1. Care And Preparation Activities For The Daily Use Of The Paddle Tennis Courts (7 Courts). - Cleaning. - Control Of Sand Level, Redistribution And Replacement When Necessary. - Decompaction. - Aspiration And Filtering. - Brushed. - Other Track Care Tasks. 2. Care And Preparation Activities For The Daily Use Of The Tennis Courts On Their Different Surfaces: Clay (5 Courts) And Green-Set (4 Courts). - Cleaning. - Ground Level Control, Redistribution And Replacement When Necessary. - Decompaction. - Irrigation. - Leveled. - Correction Of Soft Spots, Ruts, Irregularities And Areas Of Material Loss. - Contribution Of Land. - Specific Preparation Of Courts For Competitions Or Sporting Events, Adjusting Game And Presentation Parameters. - Other Track Care Tasks. 3. Access Control To The Installation, Opening And Closing. 4. Reservation And Monitoring Of The Use Of Runways. 5. Maintenance Of The Facility As A Heart-Healthy Space. The Services To Be Performed Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Prescription Document (Ppt) And Any Other Provisions That Regulate Contracting Both At The State And Regional Level, And That Are Applicable In Its Scope; Also Complying With The V State Collective Agreement For Sports Facilities And Gyms (Boe 23, Of 01/26/2024) And The Rest Of The Regulations That May Come Into Force During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract.
