The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services For Outdoor Areas Located On The Premises Of The Koło Residents Service Complex, The Real Estate Management Plant In The Wola District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To: • Provide Cleaning Services To A Minimum Of 16 People Employed In A Maximum Of 8 Full-Time Positions. • Had Two People Acting As Work Coordinators. • Had A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For The Business Activity, With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 1,794,000.00 Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract. If An Order Is Obtained For More Than One Part Of The Order Regarding Outdoor Cleaning Services, The Contractor Cannot Indicate The Same Persons Employed To Perform The Contract For Different Parts Of The Order. As Part Of The Contractors Duties: • In The Event Of Sudden Events Requiring The Cleaning Of The Surface, He Will Start Carrying Out The Tasks On The Date/Time Offered In The Offer (See Chapter Xx Point 1 Of The Swz). • Will Ensure The Presence Of Work Coordinators (Coordinator A And B) In Order To Inspect The Areas, In The Number Offered In The Offer. The Inspection Will Be Carried Out On Different Days Of The Week. As Part Of One Inspection, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Inspect One Or More Surfaces And Areas. 2. Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. A) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, I.E. In Particular Persons Performing Work In The Scope Of Activities Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. B) The Method Of Verification Of Employment, The Contracting Authoritys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These People And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Swz.
