We support humanitarian and development actors in enhancing the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact of their work. Our core services include research and analysis, as well as third-party monitoring and evaluation in conflict-affected contexts. As part of our continued expansion, we aim to engage and collaborate with local data collection partners on future assignments. Background Jouri Research & Consulting (Jouri RC) is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced data collection company in Ukraine with strong nationwide coverage and access to beneficiary populations. We are particularly interested in firms with extensive field presence, strong databases/records, and proven capacity to facilitate access to beneficiaries across all regions of Ukraine, including vulnerable and hard-to-reach groups. Scope of Engagement The selected company will support data collection activities, including: Facilitating access to beneficiaries across Ukraine Conducting field data collection (quantitative and qualitative) Supporting sampling and respondent identification Ensuring data quality and ethical compliance Providing logistical and operational field support Required Qualifications Interested companies should demonstrate: Nationwide operational presence across Ukraine Strong databases and/or access to beneficiary records Proven experience in data collection for humanitarian, development, or research projects Ability to deploy trained field teams Strong understanding of data protection and ethical standards Previous experience with NGOs, UN agencies, or INGOs is an asset Price Proposal Requirement (Mandatory) Applicants must submit a detailed price card indicating the cost per data collection activity, including but not limited to: Monitoring visits Phone-based surveys / calls Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) online Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) offline In-Depth Interviews (IDI) online In-Depth Interviews (IDI) offline Questionnaire development Report writing (if available) Submission Requirements Interested applicants must submit: Company Profile Capacity Statement (including geographic coverage) Portfolio of relevant assignments Description of databases / beneficiary access networks Detailed price card (as per above requirements) Official registration documents and licenses Any additional supporting documents How to apply Submission Process Submit applications to:
