Mickiewicza In Wołczyn (Eligible Costs), Co-Financed By The Government Road Development Fund Under Contract No. Rfrd/2025/P/3/2026. - Scope Of The Wołczyn Commune: Including Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Storm Sewage System In Ul. Mickiewicza (Ineligible Costs), Financed By The Commune.2. The Subject Of The Order As Eligible Costs Is: Reconstruction Of District Road No. 2297O - Ul. Mickiewicza In Wołczyn On A 305 M Long Section Along With The Construction Of Street Lighting (Dedicated Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings). As Part Of The Reconstruction, Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Road And Electrical Industries. For Works Constituting An Eligible Cost, An Agreement Will Be Signed Between The Authorized Ordering Party And The Contractor Whose Offer In This Procedure Is Selected As The Most Advantageous. 3. The Subject Of The Order As Non-Eligible Costs Is The Reconstruction Of The Street Storm Sewage System On District Road No. 2297O Ul. Mickiewicza In Wołczyn. For Works Constituting Non-Eligible Costs, An Agreement Will Be Signed Between The Co-Participating Ordering Party And The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Selected As The Most Advantageous In This Procedure. As Part Of The Reconstruction, Construction Works For The Sewage Industry Will Be Carried Out4. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contains References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 And 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 5. All Proper Names Provided In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Examples And Are For Information Purposes Only. 6. Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order (Constitutes The Criteria For Evaluation Of Offers) The Minimum Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party Is 3 Years.
