The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of The Area With A Garden And The Renovation Of The Playground At The Służewski Community Center On The Plot With Registration Number 20/5, District 1-04-14, With An Area Of ​​Approximately 1,450 M2, Located At Ul. J. S. Bacha 15 In Warsaws Mokotów District. The Order Includes The Removal Of Part Of The Existing Landscaping From The Safe Surface, Dismantling Of Existing Playground Equipment And Other Elements Of Small Architecture, The Wooden Casing Of The Retaining Wall, Then Its Renovation And Construction Of A New One Together With A Recreation Area, Playground And Garden, As Well As The Installation Of New Playground Equipment And Small Architecture. Paths And Sidewalks With A Wooden Surface In The Form Of Wooden Paving Made Of Black Locust Logs, A Recreational Area And A Playground With A Sand Surface. The Walls Will Be Covered With Wooden Boards. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes Shaping And Recultivation Of Lawns, Planting Shrubs And Ornamental Plants, As Well As Making Structures From Living Wicker And Flower Pots. During Hardening, It Will Be Necessary To Install Small Architectural Structures, Including An Educational Shelter, Deckchairs, Hammocks And Benches. The Existing Slide And The Surrounding Area Require New, Safe Development, And The Bicycle Racks Need To Be Moved To Another Location.
