1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Entitled: Comprehensive Replacement Of A Passenger Lift In The Building Of The Civil Registry Office In Świdnica At Ul. Armii Krajowej 47 As Part Of The Grant Project Improvement Of Accessibility At The Municipal Office In Świdnica, Implemented Under The Project Accessible Local Government 2.0.2. The Order Is Implemented On The Basis Of The Order Documentation, I.E. Documentation Prepared And Made Available To The Contractors By The Ordering Party For The Purposes Of Conducting This Procedure, Including In Particular The Swz Together With Its Annexes And Any Changes And Additional Arrangements Arising During The Procedure, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz, Detailed In All Letters Sent And Posted On The Ordering Partys Website.3. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Contractors Work Includes, Among Others: 1) Development Of Design And Assembly Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Office Of Technical Inspection And Obtaining Approval Of The Office Of Technical Inspection For The Installation Of The Elevator, All Works Are To Be Performed In Accordance With This Document; 2) Performance Of All Necessary Adaptation Works Within The Elevator Shaft And In The Engine Room, Including Electrical Works (Power Connection) In Order To Adapt To The Installation Of The New Device; 3) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing Hydraulic Lift Together With The Devices In The Engine Room. Materials That Cannot Be Re-Integrated Should Be Removed From The Demolition Site To A Landfill In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), And The Contractor Should Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming That The Waste Was Transported To The Landfill. Waste Oil And Waste Contaminated With Oil Are Disposed Of By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Return The Scrap Obtained During Demolition To A Scrap Yard, Collect The Pz Document Issued To The Municipality Of Świdnica And Hand It Over To The Ordering Party; 4) Deliver All Materials, Products And Equipment By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use Materials, Products And Devices With All Legally Required Authorizations For Marketing And Use In Construction: Approvals, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Test And Quality Control Certificates; 5) Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Crane In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Power Supply For The Crane And Electrical Measurements; 6) Obtaining A Decision Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Authorizing The Operation Of The Crane Along With Its Registration (Fees Related To Obtaining The Decision Are Borne By The Contractor); 7) Conducting Training For 3 Employees Of The Ordering Party To Operate The Device; 8) Ensuring Rep
