The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply To The Oil And Gas Institute - National Research Institute: A) 172 Subscriptions Of Microsoft 365 Business Standard Office Software Or Equivalent; B) 2 Subscriptions Of Microsoft 365 Business Premium Office Software Or Equivalent; C) 300 Client Access License (Cal) For Windows Server 2025 In The Csp (Cloud Solution Provider) Model Or Equivalent. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 1 To Swz. The Offered Product Must Be Unused And Come From A Legal Distribution Channel. The Requirements Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. In The Description Of The Item, The Ordering Party Included Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users, In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Act, In Particular In Terms Of Compatibility With Assistive Technologies, Ease Of Use And Physical Adaptation Of The Created Workstations For People With Mobility Limitations. Conditions Of Equivalence: Proper Names Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Minimum Parameters. Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, Which Are Considered Solutions With Parameters No Worse And No Lower Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Offered Equivalent Software Must Have All Dedicated Software Elements Required By The Ordering Party, Implemented Without Additional Software Overlays. Equivalent Software Offered By The Contractor May Not Result In Loss Of Compatibility And Support/Warranty Of The Producers Of The Software Used And Cooperating With It At The Ordering Party. If Equivalent Solutions Are Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That They Retain Technical, Functional And Quality Features In Relation To The Product Indicated By The Ordering Party. By Demonstrating Equivalence, The Ordering Party Means Presenting Appropriate Comparisons And Analyses.
