1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Cleaning Service Of The Fryderyk Chopin Birthplace And The Park In Żelazowa Wola.2. The Service Includes The Following Tasks: 1) Cleaning Of The Internal Museum Surfaces Of Fryderyk Chopins Birthplace In Żelazowa Wola, Hereinafter Referred To As The Facilities, And Cleaning Of Internal General And Office Areas In All Buildings Belonging To The Ordering Party In Żelazowa Wola, Hereinafter Referred To As The Facilities. 2) Cleaning Of The External Area, Including The Area Of The Park In Żelazowa Wola, The Area Of Economic Facilities And The Area Administered By The Ordering Party In Żelazowa Wola, Hereinafter Referred To As Together With The Outdoor Area.3) Loading And Removal Of Snow/Solid And Loose Waste Mixed With The Removed Snow (E.G. Sand, Leaves, Etc.) From The Outdoor Area, And Removal And Loading Of Organic Waste, Snow, Ice From The Outdoor Area.4) Ad Hoc Services In The Facility, General And Office Rooms, The Outdoor Area In Żelazowa Wola.5) Provision By The Contractor Of Cleaning Products Necessary To Perform The Service Mentioned In Point 1), Point 2) Of This Section - Including All Tools And Cleaning And Washing Agents - Except Liquid Soap, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Which Are Provided By The Ordering Party And The Contractor Replenishes Their Resources In Dispensers Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Agreement.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Terms Of Contract Execution And Principles Of Cooperation Are Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Included In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz.
