The Contractor May Provide Equivalent Equipment, But With The Same Or Better Quality Parameters, And Their Use Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Equipment Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Subject Of The Order Provided By Him Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.3.
