Tenders Are Invited For Providing Lawn Mowing And Bush Trimming Services And Hedges In Areas Constituting The Resources Of The Bielsko-Biała Commune On The Management Board Of The Zgm, Divided Into 3 Parts.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Mowing Lawns And Trimming Bushes And Hedges On Real Estate Areas Constituting The Resources Of The Bielsko-Biała Commune And Managed By The Housing Management Department.2. The Scope Of Basic Services And The Rules For Their Performance In The Field Of Lawn Mowing: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Height Of The Grass After Mowing Is At Least 10 Cm. 2) Carrying Out Preparatory Work Consisting In Removing All Foreign Contaminants From The Places Intended For Mowing. 3) Mowing The Grass In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party And Raking The Mown Grass. 4) Loading The Mown Grass And Its Removal And Disposal From The Given Area, While The Ordering Party Requires That The Mown Grass Be Removed Within 3 Business Days From The Date It Was Mowed. 5) Collect And Remove All Garbage Accumulated While Raking The Cut Grass. 6) If Necessary, Cut The Grass In Hard-To-Reach Places (Ditches, Roadsides, Etc.) 7) If Necessary, Emergency Mowing Of Grass On The Properties Covered By The Order. 8) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide At Least Two Grass Mowing Teams, Which Will Be They Mowed Lawns. The Team Will Consist Of At Least 2 Mowers With Petrol-Powered Brushcutters And At Least 2 Mowers Operating Wheeled Petrol-Powered Rotary Mowers.9) After The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Up Dirt From The Sidewalks And Roadways.7. The Scope Of Basic Services And The Rules For Their Performance In The Field Of Trimming Hedges And Shrubs: 1) Trimming Hedges In Terms Of The Height And Width Of The Hedge. 2) Trimming Should Be Adapted To The Species Of Hedge Or Shrub. 3) The Ordering Party Requires That After Trimming The Area Be Tidied Up After The Work Has Been Carried Out. 4) The Ordering Party Requires That Hedges, Shrubs And Small Trees Be Trimmed At Least 30% Of The Height And Width.
