Part I Of The Procedure: Construction Of Street Lighting In Potycz1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called Construction Of Street Lighting In The Town Of Potycz, Consisting In The Construction Of New Road Lighting In The Góra Kalwaria Commune In The Design And Build Mode, In Accordance With The Attached Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 10 To Swz - Pfu) Constituting The Basis For Preparing The Contractors Price Offer.2. The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Task In Question Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Along With All Legally Required Arrangements, Obtaining A Building Permit Or Submitting A Report On The Completion Of Construction Works, 2) Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works, 3) Submitting A Notice Of Completion Of Construction On Behalf Of The Ordering Party (If Required). 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Obtaining Legally Required Decisions And Permits For The Construction Of New Lighting Points Along Roads Located In The Góra Kalwaria Commune, In The Town Of Potycz, On Plots No. 185/2, 195, 194/1, 186/6, 186/7, Precinct 00-37 Potycz - The Installation Of 3 Poles And 3 Lighting Fixtures Is Planned. The Locations Of The Construction Of New Lighting Points Are Presented In The Map Annex To The Fup. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Location Of Light Points During The Execution Of The Part Of The Order Related To The Preparation Of Design Documentation.4. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Designed And Constructed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Conditions Issued By Road Managers, Technical Conditions For Connecting Electrical Equipment To The Lighting Installation, And Pfu.5. Work On Private Plots Will Be Carried Out With Particular Respect For Property. After Completion Of Construction, The Area Will Be Restored To Its Original Condition, Reclaimed, Sown With Grass, In The Event Of Any Damage To Fences Or Entrances, The Damage Will Be Removed, Access To The Property Will Be Guaranteed During Construction, Trees And Bushes Will Be Properly Protected Against Damage. 6. The Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of A Traffic Organization Project, Occupation Of The Road And Comprehensive Surveying Services, Development Of Complete As-Built Documentation Together With An As-Built Surveying Inventory In 2 Copies (And, If Necessary, With Prior Changes To The Zud).7. The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Employer, Will Report The Completion Of Construction (If Required).8. The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Obtain And Cover The Cost Of Occupying The Right-Of-Way Of Municipal Roads For The Duration Of Construction, And After Completing The Works, It Will Provide A Protocol On The Acceptance Of The Right-Of-Way.9.
