Due To The Fact That The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The So-Called Right Of Option, The Subject Of The Order For Each Of Parts 1, 2 And 3 Was Divided Into: Guaranteed Scope And Non-Guaranteed Optional Scope Of The Order.
