Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A License Consisting In The Extension (Renewal) Of Technical Support For The Used Manageengine Software For The It Center Of The University Of Gdańsk.
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Licenses Consisting In The Extension (Renewal) Of Technical Support For The Used Manageengine Software For The It Center Of The University Of Gdańsk, Hereinafter Referred To As Licenses.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 48781000-6 (System Management Software Packages). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. Licenses That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Meet At Least The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Moreover, They Must Be Free From Any Defects Understood As Non-Compliance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Licenses Must Come From A Legal Distribution Channel, And The License Documents And Other Documents Giving The Right To Use The Manufacturers Technical Support Must Enable The Ordering Party To Use The Manufacturers Technical Support In A Manner Consistent With Generally Applicable Law And Taking Into Account The Conditions Contained In The Software Manufacturers License Documents.5. The Subject Of The Order Is Solely The Renewal Of Technical Support And Updates For The Manageengine Software Already Used By The Ordering Party. This Software Is Integrated With The Ordering Partys Key Systems, Including Directory Services, Authentication, And Server And Client Infrastructure. Replacing Current Licenses With Other Solutions Would Require Integration Modifications, Reconfiguration Of The Environment And Interruption Of The Continuity Of Critical Services, Which Would Generate Significant Operational Risk. For These Reasons, The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 5 Pzp, Indicates A Product Already In Use, Without Allowing Equivalent Solutions.
