The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery (1 Piece) Of A Musical Instrument - Piccolo Flute With Accessories. The Delivered Instrument Must Be Brand New, From Current Production, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Admitted For Trading In The European Union. The Instrument Must Be Ready To Play, Adjusted Before Delivery. In Order To Identify And Specify The Offered Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Company/Name Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Instrument, The Name/Model Of The Offered Instrument, Which Will Clearly Allow For The Identification Of The Subject Of The Order (An Order That Individualizes A Given Item And Indicates Its Origin Is Required). And Technical Parameters – Allowing The Ordering Party To Achieve The Required Effect). Failure To Provide The Required Information Or The Inability To Clearly Identify The Offered Subject Matter Of The Contract Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Inconsistency Of The Content Of The Offer With The Swz Is Fundamental And Irreversible (It Is Not Subject To Supplementation).
