Tenders Are Invited For Work Related To The Disposal And Transport Of Products Containing Asbestos From The Properties Of Natural Persons In The Suski District In 2026.

2.1 The Subject Of The Order Is Work Related To The Disposal And Transport Of Approximately 429 Tons Of Products Containing Asbestos From The Real Estate Of Natural Persons In The Suski County. 2.2 The Subject Order Constitutes 70% Of The Amount Of Services Performed Within The Real Estate Of A Natural Person With Whom The County Concludes An Agreement. The Remaining 30% Of The Quantity Of The Service Will Be Provided By The Contractor As Part Of An Order Obtained From A Specific Individual. 2.3 When Executing The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Comply With All Legal Requirements Regulating The Subject Of Services, In Particular The Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Waste, While Maintaining A High Level Of Safety And Professional Diligence. 2.4 The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Activities: 1) Delivery Of Big Bags To The Place Of Dismantling No Later Than Within 7 Days From The Date Of Providing Information On The Location Of The Place By The Ordering Party, 2) Securing And Marking The Area Against Access By Third Parties, 3) Securing Persons Staying On The Site Waste Storage Area, Including Employees And Ensuring Safety, Including Chemical And Ecological Safety, 4) Preparation For Transport, Weighing Waste At The Place Of Waste Loading, Loading Of Waste And Transport Of Waste Along With Appropriate Marking Of The Collected Waste And Means Of Transport Required By Law, 5) Identification Of Stored Waste, 6) Processing Of Waste In Accordance With The Hierarchy Specified In The Provisions Of The Waste Act (Or Transfer Of Waste Containing Asbestos To Authorized Entities Conducting Business In The Field Of Its Processing), 7) Tidying Up The Area, Documenting The Work Performed In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.2.5 The Waste Transport Process Should Be Carried Out Without Storing Waste Outside The Property Covered By The Contract, In Particular After Collecting It From The Place Of Production.2.6 The Waste Will Be Transferred On The Basis Of A Waste Transfer Card Covering All Waste From The Property Of A Natural Person.
