You are requested to deliver the original and a copy of your Technical & Financial proposals in separate envelopes to the Chairman, Ministry Consultant Procurement Committee, Procurement Division, Ministry Of Transport, Highways And Urban Development, 7th floor, "Maganeguma Mahamedura", Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Battaramulla, on or before 14:00 hrs on 04.05.2026. Late proposals will be rejected.
