The Work Involves Completing The Backlane Reconstruction In Mission And Garden Crescentto Improve Its Overall Function, And Long‑Term Performance.Removal Of Existing Concrete, Roadway Base Course And Subgrade, And Asphalt Structure Or Millings As Indicated In The Plans.Preparation Of Subgrade In Accordance With The Geotechnical Assessment Report And The City Of St. Albert’S Engineering Standards.Supply And Place All Roadway Materials; Including Gravel, Asphalt, Concrete And All Necessary Materials.Supply And Placement Of Concrete For Sidewalk, Curb And Gutter, Curb Ramps, And Commercial Crossings As Indicated On The Plans.Landscape And Tree Protection To Return The Area To Its Original State.Removal Of Timber Retaining Wall, Railing, And Fence.Fence And Guardrail Installation.Subject To Any Adjustments In Schedule As Provided For In The Contract Documents, The City’S Desired Completion Date Is As Follows:Substantial Completion – September 18, 2026Construction Completion – October 2, 2026Details Of The Work Are Further Described Therein The Attached Appendix D – General Requirements, Technical Specifications And Drawings
