The Object Of The Procurement Is The Maintenance And Repair Services Of Lifting Doors And Lifting Devices In Properties Owned Or Managed By The City Of Rovaniemi, Including Products, And Participation In Periodic Inspections If Necessary. The Scope Of The Service Contract Also Includes Breakdown Service And Customer Service As Well As Service Documentation. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices 2 Price Form And A Maintenance Agreement. Contract Period The Maintenance Contract Is Valid For Five (5) Years (See Section 4.1 Of The Maintenance Contract For More Details). The Maintenance Contract Includes An Option To Extend The Maintenance Contract For A Maximum Of Two (2) Years (See Section 4.2 Of The Maintenance Contract In More Detail).
