The City Of Harjavalta, Technical Services Requests An Offer For The Execution Of The Work Mentioned In The Title. The Tender Request Concerns The Construction Of Water Supply Lines, Streets, Open Ditches And Street Lighting In The Contract Area In The Scope Presented In The Contract Program And Other Contract Documents. Request For Tender Documents Must Be Requested By E-Mail From The Address [email protected], And They Will Be Sent Electronically Within Three Working Days Of Receiving The Request. The Contract Price Is Given In The Offer, Which Consists Of The Total Price Part And The Unit Price Parts (Section 6.5 Committed Quantities Of The Contract Program). The Bid Must Include All Work And Construction Materials (Work In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Related Documents). The Customer Has Not Completed The Quantity Calculation, But The Offer Must Be Given In Accordance With The Plan Drawings And Plan Documents. In Addition, The Tenderer Must Indicate The Unit Prices Of Additional And Modification Works Using The Given Unit Price Form. Before Giving An Offer, The Contractor Must Familiarize Himself With The Work Site On Site. If The Contractor Fails To Do This, The Contractor Cannot Later Refer To Facts That Would Have Come To Light During The Familiarization. The Contractor Acts As The Main Implementer/Main Contractor As Defined By The Legislation. The Offer Must Be Given In Accordance With The Separately Requested Plans Drawn Up By The Technical Services Of The City Of Harjavalla. Partial Offers Will Not Be Considered.
