The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Annual Safety Inspections Of Playgrounds And Local Sports Facilities Owned And Maintained By The Municipality Of Sodankylä. The Aim Of The Inspections Is To Ensure That The Facilities Meet The Safety Requirements Of The Valid Sfs-En 1176 And Sfs-En 1177 Standards. The Procurement Includes:- Annual Safety Inspections Of Playgrounds And Local Sports Facilities By June 15 At The Latest. A Written Report Of The Inspections, Which Includes Photos, Risk Classifications And Recommendations For Action - The Inspectors Obligation To Inform The Customer Of Immediate Dangers Immediately During The Inspection - Minor Repairs Of Deficiencies And Defects In The Playground Equipment To Be Carried Out During The Inspection To The Extent That They Can Be Safely And Immediately Carried Out On Site Without Separate Material Or Labor Costs - An Up-To-Date Summary Of The Playgrounds And Their Equipment To Be Prepared Based On The Inspections In A Digital Format, In Which The Play Equipment And Furniture Is Identified And Documented With Pictures, And In Which The Inspection Findings And Maintenance And Repair History Are Presented.After The Safety Inspection, A Summary Meeting With The Customer (Teams) The Summary Can Be Carried Out On A Digital Platform Or System Used By The Tenderer. The Repair Measures In Question With The Customers Separate Approval. In Such Cases, The Inspector Presents The Customer With A Separate Cost Estimate Or Offer For The Repair Measures And Performs The Work Only Based On The Customers Positive Decision Or Separately Issued Permission. Extensive Repair And Maintenance Work, Structural Changes Or Such Repairs For Which The Customers Approval Is Not Obtained Are Not Included In The Procurement, But Are Reported As Separate Recommendations For Measures. The Object Of The Inspection Are:- 13 Urban Areas Playgrounds- 5 Playgrounds In Side Villages- 4 Local Exercise Places The Contract Period Is 2 Years, And The Subscriber Has The Option Of Using One (1) Option Period, Which Is 3 Years Long.
