The Special Focus Is On The Identification, Reporting And Prevention Of Threats Related To Social Manipulation, Such As Phishing And Phishing Messages. The Goal Is To Map The Solutions On The Market, Their Features, Scope And Ability To Support The Continuous, Measurable Development Of Information Security Behavior In The Higher Education Community. The Request For Information Does Not Apply To Individual, One-Time Trainings Or Only Static Online Course Content, But To Continuous Service Packages In Which Training, Testing And Monitoring Form An Integrated Entity. The Solutions Must Be Suitable For A Wide Range Of Users And Support As Far As Possible An Automated Operating Model That Minimizes The Administrative Burden Of The Procurement Unit. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To:- Map The Functional And Qualitative Differences Of The Services On The Market,- Obtain Information On Alternative Implementation And Service Models,- Support The Definition Of The Procurement Object, Requirements And Comparison Criteria In A Possible Subsequent Tender. Respondents To Participate In A Possible Subsequent Tender. Failure To Respond Does Not Affect The Suppliers Opportunities To Participate In Subsequent Tenders.
