The Subject Of The Order Includes Periodically Recurring Supplies Of Medicines For 46 Separate Items By Types And Quantities, Detailed In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. The Participant Can Submit An Offer For One, For Several Or For All Specific Items From The Technical Specification. The Term Of Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Procedure Will Be Conducted In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Civil Code, The So-Called Reverse Order Of Examination - The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection.
