The Estimated Value Of The Commercial Surcharge To Cover The Costs Of Forecasting And Balancing, Financing And Administration Of Electricity Transactions Is Eur 3.52 Excluding Vat Per 1 Mwh. The Total Estimated Value Of The Order Includes: The Price Of The Actually Consumed Active Electricity, A Commercial Allowance To Cover The Costs Of Forecasting And Balancing, Financing And Administration Of Electricity Transactions, Network Services (Transmission And Access Fees To The Electricity Distribution And Electricity Transmission Networks), Excise Duties Under Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 17 Of The Act On Excise Taxes And Tax Warehouses, As Well As Legally Determined Supplements To The Price Of Electricity According To Ze And Ptee.
