1. The Contractor Should Provide A Team Of The Following External Experts Who Will Carry Out The Activities Related To The Organization And Implementation Of The Project (Activity): 1.1. Expert Lawyer; 1.2. Public Transport Expert 1.3. Programs And Projects Expert 2. In Fulfillment Of This Public Procurement, The Selected Contractor Should Provide Consulting Services On Organization, Management, Implementation And Reporting Of The Activities Provided For In The Project, Ensuring Quality And Timely Implementation, According To The Terms Of The Project Financing Agreement. The Selected Contractor, Together With The Internal Team Of The Contracting Authority, Will Be Responsible For The Organization And Coordination Of The Work Process For Management And Implementation Of The Project And Activities By Providing A Team Of Experts, With Specific Functions Listed Below. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities, Which Should Be Carried Out By The Selected Contractor: 2.1. Preliminary Review Of Documents And Organization Of Work; 2.2. Administrative And Technical Support Of The Internal Management Team (In-House Management Team); 2.3. Monitoring, Control And Coordination For The Implementation Of Contracts With Contractors Within The Project; 2.4. Preparation Of Reporting Documents And Assistance In Verification; 2.5. Legal Support And Legal Control Of Implementation; 2.6. Expert Support On Public Transport During Commissioning And The Ruse-Giurgevo Line; 2.7. Capacity, Methodological Support And Coordination In Inspections And Audits.
