Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Complex Services For Printing, Copying, Scanning And Full Service Of Printing And Copying Equipment Under 2 Separate Positions, Separate Position No. 2: Provision Of Managed Printing Services For The Needs Of The Central Administration And The Territorial Subdivisions Of The National Insurance Institute For The Needs Of The National Insurance Institute (Nii)

In The Scope Of The Project, It Is Planned To Implement And Provide Services Related To Printing And Copying Of Documents, Through Multifunctional Machines (Copier, Printer, Scanner) Provided For Use By The Contractor, Using Network Printing And Copying And Full Service In The Entire Structure Of The Nii. The Scope Of The Project Does Not Envisage The Acquisition Of Ownership Of The Products And Equipment Used, Neither For The Period Of The Contract Nor After Its Termination/Expiration. The Project Is Aimed At Providing The Following Services: Services For Providing Printing, Copying, Scanning And Faxing For The Needs Of The Structure Of The Noi; To Implement The Project, The Service Provider Must Provide, At His Own Expense, Devices Of The Following Types And Quantities: Type 1 – Monochrome Laser/Ice Multifunctional Device (Middle Class) Format A4 – 392 Pieces; Type 2 – Color Laser/Ice Multifunctional Device Format A4 (Middle Class) – 18 Pieces; Type 3 - Monochrome Laser/Ice Multifunction Device (High End) A4 Format - 243 Pieces In Total, Of Which 71 Pieces Must Be Access Controlled, I.E. Card Reader; Type 4 - Monochrome Laser/Ice Multifunction Device (High End) A4 Format - 74 Pieces In Total, Of Which 70 Pieces Must Be Access Controlled, I.E. Card Reader; Type 5 - Monochrome Laser/Ice Multifunctional Device Format A3 - 35 Pieces; Type 6 – Medium Class Document Scanner – 50 Pieces Sofia City; Type 7 – Color Laser/Ice Multifunctional Device (Middle Class) – 1 Piece Sofia City Total Number Of Devices Of All Types – 813 Units, For Which The Service Provider Provides Technical Service With The Insertion Of Spare Parts, Consumables And Photocopy Paper In A4 And A3 Format At Its Own Expense. The Total Amount Of All Devices To Be Delivered Is 813 Pieces, And The 103 Devices Planned For The Tp Of The National Institute Of Science And Technology - Sofia City Must Be Delivered No More Than A Month Before The Start Of Maintenance, Which Is 20.12.2026. The Requirements Of The Employer Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Employer.
