Tenders are invited for Procurement of Transport facility for transport of School Text Books/Modules printed for the year 2026/2027 Sealed bids will be invited by the Commissioner General of Educational Publications on behalf of the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of Transport Facility for transport of School Text Books/Modules printed for the year 2026/2027. 02. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding process. 03. A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 25,000/- to Shroff Counter of the Educational Publications Department. 04. Bids should be submitted using only the bid documents issued by Educational Publications Department. 05. Relevant bid documents can be obtained from 06.04.2026 up to 27.04.2026 on working days between 9.00 a.m and 3.00 p.m. from the Chief Accountant, Finance Section, Educational Publications Department. 06. Sealed bids could either be sent by registered post addressed to Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Educational Publications Department, "Isurupaya", Pelawatte, Battaramulla or placed in the bid box kept in the office of the Chief Accountant of the Educational Publications Department, 06th Floor, "Isurupaya", Pelawatte, Battaramulla to be received at or before 10.00 a.m. on 28.04.2026. The cover containing the bid should be marked, "Procurement of Transport Facility for transport of School Text Books/Modules printed for the year 2026/2027" at the left side top corner. 07. Bids received will be opened immediately after closing of acceptance of bids at 10.00 a.m. on 28.04.2026 and bidder or authorized representative can be present at the bid opening. Late bids will be rejected.
