The Ministry Of National Assets, Through The Regional Ministerial Secretariat Of National Assets Of The Coquimbo Region, Will Require Hiring The “Measuring Services Of 257 Cases In The Process Of Remediation Of The Ownership Of Small Private Real Estate, In Application Of Decree Law No. 2,695 Of 1979, For The Coquimbo Region”; These Technical Tasks Being Executed In Accordance With The Rules Of The Aforementioned Decree Law, And Its Regulations Contained In Supreme Decree No. 541 Of 1996; Of Supreme Decree No. 127 Of 2004 That Regulates The National Registry Of Contractors Of The Ministry Of National Assets; Of Exempt Resolution No. 1785 Of October 8, 2007, Modified By Exempt Resolution No. 1098 Of July 8, 2010 And Exempt Resolution No. 90 Of January 30, 2026, All Of The Undersecretary Of National Assets That Approves And Modifies The Manual Of Technical Measurement Standards Of The Division Of The Cadastre Of State Assets, And Others Circular Letters That Provide Instructions On The Matter, All From The Ministry Of National Assets.
