Bids Are Invited For Hiring A Specialized Company To Provide Waterproofing Services, In Response To The Demands Of The Municipal Council Of Nova Friburgo, In Accordance With The Conditions, Specifications, Requirements And Estimates Established In The Documents, As Well As In The Other Clauses Of This Instrument.

Civil Works - Waterproofing / Crystallization / Coating / Special Treatment Hiring A Specialized Company To Carry Out Waterproofing Service On Approximately 25 M² Of Slab Located On The Main Staircase Of The Third Floor Of The Nova Friburgo City Council Building, In An External Area, Allowing Variation Of Up To 5% (Five Percent) More Or Less In The Measurement Indicated, Depending On-Site Measurement At The Time Of Execution. The Service Must Include The Full Supply Of Qualified Labor, First Class Materials And All Equipment Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Work, Observing The Applicable Technical Standards. The Following Procedures Must Be Included, At A Minimum: • Scraping And Removal Of Waste, Vegetation And Loose Parts; • Complete Cleaning And Washing Of The Surface; • Substrate Regularization, If Necessary; • Application Of A Waterproofing System Suitable For External Areas, Resistant To Bad Weather And Water Accumulation; • Treatment And Correction Of Cracks, Cracks, Drains, Pipes And Critical Points; • Tightness Test, When Technically Applicable; • Final Cleaning Of The Area After Completion Of Services.
