Private Contract For The Hiring Of An Authorized Vehicle Treatment Center At The End Of Its Useful Life (Cat) (Exp. Pri_Obe_2026_0002).The Object Of The Contract Is The Sale As Scrap Of The Vehicles, Tools And Machinery Removed From The Public Road That Have Been Declared Urban Solid Waste (Rsu), For Their Treatment And Disposal By An Authorized Center For The Treatment Of Vehicles At The End Of Their Useful Life (Cat), So That They Can Proceed To Their Destruction, Decontamination And Processing In Front Of The Provincial Prefecture Of Traffic, So As To Reduce Traffic To Avoid The Accumulation Of Rsu In The Municipal Deposit. The Vehicles Will Be Sold For Their Exclusive Utilization As Scrap, Prohibiting Their Subsequent Use And Circulation, Assuming The Awardee The Responsibility For Non-Compliance With This Condition. The Deposit And Custody During The Processing Of The Rsu Declaration File Of At Least 25 Vehicles In The Cases Will Also Be Object Of The Contract Provided For In Article 4 Of The Technical Prescriptions Sheet. The Vehicles That, At The Prior Request Of The Fire Department Of The Generalitat De Catalunya, Upon Being Declared Urban Solid Waste (Rsu), Will Also Be The Subject Of The Contract. The City Council, By Means Of A Mayoral Decree, Agrees With Them To Cooperate With Them In Carrying Out Practices; These Vehicles Are Completely Destroyed And It Is Practically Impossible For Any Part To Be Used By The Authorized Treatment Center (C.A.T.), Therefore The Sale Of These Vehicles Will Be For The Concept Other Tools And Machinery.
