Specifically, It Includes: - A Main Meal, Lunch, And Another Complementary, Snack (Without Added Sugars Or Salt). -The Preparation Of The Meals Will Have To Be Carried Out In The Own Premises Of The Awarding Company And They Will Have To Be Supplied Hot. Lunch Will Be Served At 11:30 A.M. - Menus Must Be Designed In Accordance With The Food Incorporation Calendar, The Recommended Frequencies Of Consumption - From The Guide To Healthy Eating In Early Childhood Of The Public Health Agency - And A Healthy And Sustainable Food Pattern, Based On Local And Seasonal Products. In This Sense, The Meals Must Be Based On Fresh Vegetable Foods, They Must Avoid An Excess Of Meat And Dairy Products, For Health Reasons And For The Environmental Cost Associated With Their Production, And They Must Include Fish In Moderation. -Provide Between 15 And 25 Daily Meals, With A Maximum Of 31.
