This Competition Is For The Establishment Of A Single Party Framework For The Provision, Implementation, Maintenance And Support Of A Learning Experience Platform (Lxp) And Related Services Using The Competitive Procedure With Negotiation. The Learning Experience Platform (Lxp) Will Form A Key Part Of The Ipa’S Digital Infrastructure, Broadening And Scaling Digital Learning Across The Public Service And Supporting Modern, Flexible Approaches To Capability Development.
