The Object Of The Contract Is The Maintenance Works Of The Monuments Of The Archaeological Site Of Eretria, Which Are Part Of The First Phase Of The Consolidation Project Of The Monuments North Of Isis Avenue And Concern The Monuments Of The Western Quarter (Including The Western Gate), Temple Of Dionysos, Northern Gymnasium, Sebastiou, Industrial Quarter, According To What Is Described In The Conservation Study. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Codes Of The Common Vocabulary Of Public Contracts (Cpv): 92522000-6 Maintenance Services Of Historic Sites And Buildings. The Assignment Of The Contract In The Form Of Separate Sections Is Not Possible Due To The Nature Of The Project, Which Constitutes A Single Entity With A Single Aesthetic Style. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To €201,612.90 Excluding Vat 24% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €250,000.00). The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At 18 Months. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix I Of This Announcement. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On Price.
