Construction Work – Partnership For The Development And New Construction Of The Schrijversbuurt. Woonopmaat Faces An Enormous Challenge In Making Its Assets Future-Proof And Expanding Where Possible; The Need For Good And Affordable Housing Is Also As Great As Ever In The Northern Ijmond. The Municipality Of Heemskerk Wants To Grow To A Population Of 40,000+. This Creates A Shared Ambition And Task With Regard To Expanding The Housing Stock. We Are Dealing With A Largely Older Property From The 1950S And 1970S. This Also Applies To The Schrijversbuurt Project. The Schrijversbuurt Consists Of Mainly Old And Worn Out Smaller Single-Family Homes That Will Make Way For A Modern, New And Climate-Adaptive Neighborhood. A Neighborhood That Will Become A Home For A Differentiated Target Group. The Project Team Is Looking For A Project Partner Who Can Design And Realize The New Homes To Be Built Together. Who Takes Residents Along And Guides Them In Every Phase Of The Project. Ultimately: Minimum 630, Maximum 730 Homes, Both Ground-Level Homes And Stacked Homes.
