Service Contract For Maintenance Of Fire Protection Strips.The Object Of The Contract Is The Compliance With The Forest Fire Prevention Regulations Of The Generalitat Of Catalonia (Law 6/1988, Decree 64/1995, Law 5/2003 And Decree 123/2005) Which Establishes That Urbanizations, Population Centers, Buildings And Facilities Located In Forest Lands Or In The Five Hundred Meter Strip That The Surroundings Must Comply With The Following Forest Fire Prevention Measures: Ensure The Existence Of An Outer Strip Of Protection Of At Least Twenty-Five Meters Damped Around, Free Of Dry Vegetation And With Cleared Tree Mass That Meets The Characteristics That Are Established By Regulation. The Very Nature Of This Strip Of Protection, Which Is Located In Forest Lands, Determines That It Is Necessary To Periodic Maintenance In Order To Conform To The Characteristics Established In The Regulations
