Architectural Services For Building Extensions – Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital In Janowice Wielkie. 1) Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Including A Conceptual Design, Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, As Well As A Technical And Executive Design, Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment That Is The Subject Of The Order; 2) Providing Additional Services Consisting In Performing All Legal And Factual Activities Aimed At Obtaining For And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Decisions, Permits, Arrangements Or Other Forms Of Acceptance Of Public Administration Bodies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment. In Particular, The Contractor Undertakes To Obtain A Final And Valid Decision On A Building Permit, As Well As Effectively Submit Notifications Of Works That Do Not Require Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit; 3) Transfer Of Proprietary Copyrights To The Documentation To The Ordering Party And Waiver Of Personal Property Rights To The Documentation; 4) Support For The Ordering Party At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital In Janowice Wielkie (Under The Option Law Or Basic Procurement); 5) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment, I.E. From The Date Of Commencement Of Construction Works To The Date Of Signing By The Ordering Party Of The Final Acceptance Report Of Works Carried Out As Part Of The Investment And Removal Of Defects Identified In The Final Acceptance Report Of Construction Works. 4. Minimum Requirements That Must Be Met By All Offers Submitted In The Procedure, Which Are Not Subject To Negotiation: 1) Completeness Of Design Documentation, Including Comprehensive Multi-Discipline Study Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Including A Construction Design To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Decision And A Building Permit, Technical And Executive Designs For All Industries, Medical Technology Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates 2) Transfer To The Ordering Party Proprietary Copyrights To The Documentation And Waiver Of The Use Of Moral Copyrights 5. The Order Is Intended To Be Financed From A Special-Purpose Subsidy From The Budget Of The Marshals Office Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act Provides In The Contract Notice For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Awarded To It. This Basis Will Not Be Treated As Invalidation Of The Proceedings For Reasons Attributable To The Ordering Party. 6.
