Motion Picture And Video Services – Audiovisual Services Defense Media Center. This Tender Relates To The European Public Tender Procedure For Audiovisual Services For The Defense Media Center (Mcd). The Assignment Concerns The Facets Of The Following (Non-Exhaustive) Audiovisual Services Of Both Personnel And Material Deployment With The Aim Of Supplying Equipment And/Or Personnel For Audio And Video Services For The Defense Media Center (Mcd). This Scope Only Includes (Insofar As This Is Directly Related To The Audiovisual Services) Only Assignments Provided For The Mcd: Audio Visual Services With The Highest Quality (Broadcast Standard), For Multiple Internal And External Use; Film, Video, Cross Media Activities, Products And Sound Productions For Use For All Communication Purposes Of The Client. Examples Of This Are: Campaigns, On The Internet, Promotional Purposes And Cross-Media Activities; Audiovisual Facilities Such As Equipment (Camera, Sound Sets, Production Vehicles, Etc.) And Personnel (Camera And Sound Personnel, Editors, Directors, Project Leaders, Etc.); “Creative Thinking”, Where The (External) Director Works Together With A Production Manager From The Defense Media Center; Live Streaming And Broadcasting Of Created Resources On The Then Market-Based Channels And Options; Sound Amplification And Lighting (Studio And Set Lighting) For Making Audiovisual Recordings; Projection Using Large Projectors And Led Screens (Modular And On Trolleys); Other Services Such As Translation Services, Audio Description And Subtitling. Outside The Scope Of This Tender Are: Assignments Relating To Photography And/Or Advertising; Assignments Where The Product – And Management – Is Carried Out Entirely By The Contractor (From A To Z). This Is Not A Full-Service Agreement; Assignments In A Mission And/Or Deployment Area; Tenders Incurred For The Hiring Of, Among Other Things, Interim Management And Temporary Workers; Tenders Incurred For The Purchase Of Products For Audiovisual Equipment; Tenders That Have Been And/Or Will Be Awarded By The Ministry Of General Affairs For The Communication Purchasing Category Of Which The Client Is Part; Smaller Screens For Individual Presentations And Small Audiovisual Services. The Carefully Estimated Value Of The Assignment For The Audiovisual Services For The Defense Media Center Is Estimated At € 3,966,942.15 Excluding Vat For The Entire Duration Of The Assignment Of 4 Years.
