The Offered Product Must Comply With The Parameters And Conditions Imposed By The Contracted Authority In The Specifications And The Legislation In Force At The Time Of Delivery. - Upon Delivery, The Product Will Be Accompanied By The Analysis And Quality Certificate Issued By The Manufacturer, The Declaration Of Conformity, The Product Sheet And Other Documents Necessary To Identify The Product. - The Offeror Will Include In The Offer Instructions For Use In Romanian Regarding: Handling, Transport, Storage, Labor Protection Measures, Environmental Protection Measures, Other Instructions Required For The Use Of The Product. - The Bidder Will Present The Authorization From The Manufacturer For The Delivery Of The Products, If The Bidder Is Not A Manufacturer.
