Construction Work – Reconstruction, Basic, Current And Emergency Repairs Of The Building Stock And Facilities Of The Military Medical Academy And Its Subordinate Structures. The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Construction Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1, B. B, In Connection With Art. 3, Para. 2 Of The Zop. With The Conduct Of The Procedure, It Is Envisaged To Conclude A Framework Agreement With 3 (Three) Potential Contractors For The Performance Of Construction Activities In Sites Managed By The Military Medical Academy (Mma) And Its Subordinate Structures (The Employer). The Construction Activities [Construction And Installation Works (Smr)/Construction And Repair Works (Crr)], Awarded With The Specific Contracts After Conducting An Internal Competitive Selection (Mini Procedure), Will Be Expressed Mainly, But Not Only, In The Following Activities (Works): Construction And/Or Reconstruction And/Or Basic And/Or Ongoing And/Or Emergency Repair Of Buildings And Facilities, Incl. Their Adjacent Areas. The Construction Works That Will Be Commissioned Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following: Dismantling Works, Masonry Works And Interior Partition Walls; Plastering Works; Painting Works; Cladding Works; Flooring; Other Finishing Works; Carpentry Works; Insulation Works - Waterproofing, Thermal Insulation And Steam Insulation; Cladding Works And Joinery - Facade And Interior; Installation Works - Plumbing, Electrical And Hvac; Vertical Layout, Energy-Efficient Sanitation; Building An Accessible Architectural Environment And Others. The Scope And Volume Of Individual Orders Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Through Internal Competitive Selection (Mini-Procedures) Will Depend On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority. For Each Specific Performance Contract That Will Be Concluded Within The Framework Of The Agreement, The Contracting Authority Will Conduct An Internal Competitive Selection In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 4 Of The Zop, Specifying The Type, Volume Of The Activities (Works) And The Maximum Period Of Execution In The Written Invitation Sent To The Contractors Under Art. 82, Para. 4, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act For The Submission Of An Offer. Important: If, During The Procedure, It Is Established That There Is Not A Sufficient Number Of Potential Contractors Who Meet The Selection Criteria And/Or A Sufficient Number Of Offers That Meet The Pre-Announced Conditions, The Employer Will Conclude A Framework Agreement Only With The Participants Who Meet The Selection Criteria And Whose Offers Meet The Pre-Announced Conditions, Regardless Of The Fact That The Number Of Ranked Participants Will Be Less Than Three. Due To The Nature Of The Public Procurement, Which Apart From Repair Works Incl. And Emergency Ones, At The Moment It Is Not Possible To Accurately Determine The Quantities Of Individual Cmps. In The Documentation, Quantities Are Presented In The Attached Sample No. 3-1, Which Are Not Final And Binding, And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Award All The Activities And Quantities Indicated In The Above-Mentioned Sample And Also To Award Other Smps (Beyond Those Indicated) Depending On The Specific Needs And Features Of The Relevant Object (From The Internal Competitive Selection).
