Implementation Of The Supplied System Software - Installation, Configuration, Integration, Tests (In Particular: Functional, Integration, Performance) In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Point 4 Of The Opz, In The Production, Test And Development Environment; 3.1.3. Preparation Of Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Point 5 Of The Opz; 3.1.4. Providing Support, Service And Development Services For The System In The Field Of Solving Errors And Introducing Small Changes In The Amount Of 150Md In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Point 6 Of The Opz; 3.1.5. Conducting Implementation Workshops For A Team Of System Administrators And Helpdesk Operators - In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Point 7 Of The Opz; 3.2. An Order Under The Option Right (Option) Includes: 3.2.1. Providing And Granting Additional Licenses\Subscriptions For The System Software Together With Subscriptions For Technical Support And Maintenance Of The Manufacturer (Manufacturers Service) For 1,000 Users In Packages Of 100 In The Scope Of: − Guaranteeing Updates, − Immediate Delivery Of Security Patches, − Contact With The Manufacturer In Order To Solve Technical Problems, − Production And Access To The Documentation Of The Offered System. 3.2.2. Providing System Development Services In The Scope Of Expansion With Additional Functionalities Or Its Upgrade Along With The Development Of As-Built Documentation Covering The Implemented Changes Up To 100Md Along With The Service Of The Implemented Solution In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Point 6 Of The Opz. 3.2.3. Providing Licenses For 4,000 Technical Accounts And Implementing The Management Process (Jml) For Technical Accounts In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Point 4 Of The Opz. Detailed Information Regarding The Option, Including The Scope, Deadline For Exercising This Right By The Ordering Party And The Rules On Which The Option Will Be Exercised, Are Included In The Ppu.
