The Assignment Includes The Following Components: • Design And Realization Of The New Construction Of The House Of The Municipality Of Beekdaelen On Deweverplein Nuth; • Investigating And Substantiating The Possibility Of Realizing A (Partially) Underground Parking Facility, Including Variants, Risks And The Effects On Investment And Operation; • (Phased) Demolition Of The Existing Town Hall, On Deweverplein, Within The Project Area; • Design And Redevelopment Of The Site, Including Outdoor Space, Logistics And Parking Facilities; • Developing A Realistic Phasing And Temporary Technical Facilities, Aimed At Guaranteeing The Continuity Of Services Provided By The Municipality Of Beekdaelen And Co-User Isd Kompas; • Environmental Management And The Preparation And Coordination Of Required Permits; • Preparation Of Management And Maintenance, Including: An Integral Bim Model A Multi-Year Maintenance Plan A Complete And Transferable Delivery File The Client Intends To Realize The New Construction Of The House Of The Municipality Of Beekdaelen In A Construction Team. This Is An Integrated Assignment In Which Design, Preparation And Realization Are Worked Out In Close Collaboration Between The Client And The Construction Team.
