Tenders are invited for Supply of Nutritional Medications and Supplements. MAP (Medical Aid for Palestinians) announces a call for price quotations for the purchase and supply of medicines and nutritional supplements, according to the terms and specifications outlined in the tender documents. Specialized companies wishing to participate can fill out the attached forms according to the following conditions: · The applicant company must have a valid commercial registration certificate and attach proof of this to the price offer. · Prices must be in dollars based on a zero invoice. · The party awarded the tender, or part of it, must submit a withholding tax certificate. If the supplier fails to submit this certificate, 10% of the contract value or invoice will be withheld and transferred to the Palestinian Tax Authority. · If the supply is from within the Gaza Strip, the prices must include all costs, including transportation and delivery to the specified location. If the supply is from the West Bank, the prices must not include transportation and delivery costs to Gaza City . · The supplier is responsible for coordination and delivery to the location specified in the tender without any intervention from MAP Medical Aid Company if the supply is from the West Bank. · Prices must be valid for at least 90 days. · MAP Medical Aid for Palestinians is not obligated to offer the lowest prices without giving reasons. · Those wishing to participate and receive a copy of the tender documents must send an email to
[email protected] before 12/04/2026 containing the following details : the name of the company and its representative, and the WhatsApp number of the representative , with the subject line of the email containing the tender number. · The deadline for submitting price quotations via email to the Procurement Department of MAP Medical Aid for Palestinians is 12:00 PM on Tuesday , April 14, 2025. A hard copy of the financial offer must also be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered by hand to the following address : Main Office Deir al-Balah, Al-Baraka Street, Abu Asaad Villa, or our office behind the Palestine Monetary Authority in the Abu Al-Awf Building.
