The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Comprehensive Social Research, Including A Quantitative Part, As Well As The Preparation Of Reports, Source Data And Recommendations For Information And Educational Activities. The Main Purpose Of The Public Opinion Survey Is To Determine The Level Of Awareness Of The Inhabitants Of Małopolska Regarding The Needs For Climate Protection And Adaptation To Its Change, As Well As To Identify The Scale Of Actions Necessary To Undertake For Its Protection. 2. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Is Included As Annex No. 1 In The Contract Template. 4. The Ordering Party Specifies That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Copyrights To The Performed Works To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Contract. 5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order. 6. The Net Value Of The Order (Excluding Goods And Services Tax) Is: Pln 61,290.00. 8. The Order Must Be Completed Within 40 Calendar Days Of Signing The Contract.
