This Contract Aims To Supply Bakery And Pastry Products For Three Rest Homes (505 Beds), Two Childrens Homes (30 Beds) And Home Meals (100 Meals Per Day). No Goods Will Be Supplied That Do Not Correspond To These Categories. Each Site Has Its Own Kitchen. The Quantities Mentioned In These Specifications Are For Information Purposes Only. The Supplier Will Not Be Entitled To Any Compensation If These Quantities Are Subsequently Modified Depending On The Occupancy Rate And Needs. Any Offer Not Offering 90% Of The Products Listed In The Inventory Will Be Eliminated. The Contract May Be Terminated If The Successful Bidder Does Not Provide Satisfaction (See Point Failure To Perform And Sanctions). The Tenderer Will Ensure That It Offers Products That Are Satisfactory From A Quality/Price Point Of View And Correspond To The Tastes Of The Elderly And Children In The Verviers Region.
