Legal Services – Notarial Service Consisting In Concluding Notarial Deeds Regarding The Purchase Of Real Estate - Framework Agreement. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Concluding Notarial Deeds Regarding The Purchase Of Real Estate Pursuant To Art. 258, 258A Of The Water Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 960, As Amended) And Art. 17-21 Of The Act Of May 9, 2025 Amending The Act On Special Solutions Related To Removing The Effects Of Floods And Certain Other Acts (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 680, As Amended). The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Framework And Partial Agreement. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement Between The Ordering Party And The Contractors In Order To Determine The Terms Of The Order That May Be Awarded In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Agreement To December 31, 2026. Hereinafter Referred To As Partial Orders. The Quantities Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz For The Order Are Indicative Quantities. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Full Quantitative Scope Of The Framework Agreement, I.E. Not To Award Partial Orders In These Sizes Or To Exceed These Quantities In The Event Of Failure To Use The Amount Allocated For The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement, And The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.
