The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Collected By The Contractor From The Ordering Party With Code 191212 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 191211 - Energy Fraction From Sorting Municipal Waste. Waste Management Should Take Place In The Process Of Recovery Or Neutralization In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act, In An Installation That Has The Required Administrative Decisions. The Estimated Maximum Amount Of Waste To Be Managed During The Term Of The Contract Is Up To 8,000 Mg. The Minimum Guaranteed Amount Of Waste That The Ordering Party Will Submit For Management As Part Of The Order Execution Is 1,600 Mg. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Actual Amount Of Waste May Be Lower Than The Estimated Value, But Not Less Than The Minimum Amount Indicated Above. The Above Does Not Result In Withdrawal From The Contract Or Change Of Its Terms. If The Ordering Party Uses The Above, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect. Approximate Properties Of The Waste: - Form: Bales, - Bale Volume: Approx. 1.5 M3, Cube Dimensions 80X120x160 (Width/Height/Length) - Bale Weight: Selective Weight 300-400 Kg, Municipal Weight 600-700 Kg Bales Are Stored In Reinforced Concrete, Covered Boxes Of The Ordering Party. The Waste Transferred Does Not Contain Hazardous Waste.
