The Warranty Period Is A Non-Price Criterion For Evaluating Offers. Iii. The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment Together With: A) With Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions And Other Documents Prepared In Polish, Necessary To Take Over The Equipment For Use Or To Indicate The Manufacturers Publicly Available Website With The Latest Available Versions Of The Instructions/Documentation. If The Operating Manual/Documentation Is Not Available In Polish, The Ordering Party Will Allow The Manual/Documentation In English; B) With All Accessories Constituting The Sales Set. Iv. The Contractor Declares That The Equipment Offered On The Day Of Signing The Equipment Acceptance Protocol Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale. V. The Warranty Does Not Exclude, Limit Or Suspend The Ordering Partys Rights Arising From The Provisions Of The Law On Warranty For Physical And Legal Defects Of The Equipment. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Exercise The Rights Under The Warranty For Defects, Regardless Of The Rights Arising From The Warranty. Vi. Detailed Information Regarding The Warranty Is Included In §9. Warranty And Service Conditions In The Essential Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Vii. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A Description Of The Required Functionalities For Equivalent Products, Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
