The Public Procurement Related To The Contract Is Carried Out Within The Project Infrastructure For Green Transport - Its At The Level Of The City Of Eforie, Stage 2, Code C10-I1.2-2986 And Refers To The Provision Of Infrastructure For Green Transport - Its, Representing An E-Ticketing Charging System For Public Transport With The Following Structure: Bus Component: Dual Validator (Tickets And Cards) - 12 Pieces, Contactless Validator For Bank Card Payment – 12 Pieces; On-Board Computer – 6 Pieces, Communication Switch And Electrical Panel – 6 Pieces; The Component In The Stations: The Assembly Consisting Of The Ticket Vending Machine, Issuing And Reloading Cards And The Electronic Display System In The Station – 4 Pieces; General Infrastructure: Control Terminal - 2 Pieces, E-Ticketing Software License And Public Information System - 1 Piece, Data Center Infrastructure, Including Data Back-Up System (Hardware And Software) And Data Download Point - 1 Piece, Card Issuing Location - 1 Piece Note: Deadlines For Submission/Response To Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information: A. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (1) From Law No. 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Deadline Until Which Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Is 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers; B. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (2) From Law No. 98/2016, With The Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications In A Single Day, Namely The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, Through A Consolidated Response, To The Extent That The Requests For Clarifications Are Submitted Within The Specified Term.
