Guard Services – Dismantling/Assembly Services, Wheel Guarding As Well As The Supply Of New Tires, For Tires In Guard Duty, For The Needs Of The Grand Ducal Police. These Specifications Concern The Management Of Tires For +/- 745 Service Vehicles In The Grand Duchy. Each Of The Service Vehicles Concerned Is Equipped With Two Sets Of Wheels With Tires: One Set For The Winter Season (“Winter Set”) And One Set For The Rest Of The Year (“Summer Set”). The Public Contract Therefore Concerns The Execution Of Three (3) Distinct Missions: - The Dismantling/Assembly Of Sets Of Tires At The Start Of The Winter And Summer Seasons - The Guarding Of Dismantled And Unworn Tires - The Supply And Assembly Of New Tires
