The tenderer should submit a current certificate issue to whom it may concern by the Manpower Public Authority stating that the file of the tenderer at the MPA is not suspended because of any of the violations specified in Article 10 of Law No. 6 of 2010 22 concerning Labor in the Private Sector. Offers that do not contain this certificate will be rejected. This announcement serves as an invitation to the tenderers to attend the envelopeopening session. The owner of a small or medium enterprise should submit with its offer a valid certificate issued by the National Fund for Supporting and Developing Small and Medium Projects whereby it states that the tenderer is classified as a small or medium enterprise at the Fund.
