The City Of Atlanta, On Behalf Of The Department Of Aviation, Will Shortly Undergo A Multi-Step Sealed Bid Process Comprised Of A Prequalification Phase As The Initial Step, Followed By An Invitation For Bid (Ifb) Towards The Procurement Of Qualified Contractors To Provide Comprehensive Janitorial Services For The Plane Train System And Associated Administrative And Operational Facilities At Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Interested Vendors During The Prequalification Phase Will Be Evaluated On Their Demonstrated Experience Providing Janitorial Services In Complex, High-Traffic, 24/7 Operational Environments, Including Transit Systems, Public-Facing Facilities, And Secure Airport Settings. Evaluation Will Consider The Contractor¿S Staffing Capacity, Safety Training, Quality Assurance Practices, Emergency Response Capability, And Ability To Perform In Accordance With Tsa/Sida Access Requirements, Osha Standards, And Airport Operational Needs. The City¿S Expectation Is That The Selected Contractor Will Deliver Timely, Compliant, And High-Quality Janitorial Services That Support Cleanliness, Passenger And Employee Health And Safety, Operational Continuity, And The Overall Customer Experience Within The Airport¿S Train Systems And Related Facilities.
